Madpatcher is a modern autonomous machine designed for fast and high-quality repair of potholes, cracks and other road surface damage using a mixture of aggregate and asphalt emulsion.

How Madpatcher works:

Equipment and design:
Madpatcher can be mounted on vehicles with a payload capacity of more than 15 tonnes, including dump trucks, flatbed trucks and semi-trailers.
The equipment has its own power supply and uses high-quality components from leading global manufacturers, including Kubota, Cucchi, Robuschi, Danfoss and Siemens.
The articulated boom allows the working cylinder to be positioned within a radius of approximately 4 m. An ergonomic control panel allows the operator to precisely regulate productivity and the repair process.
Economical heating system:
The asphalt emulsion temperature is maintained using a heat exchanger that utilizes the engine coolant. Therefore, no separate burner is required to heat the emulsion, significantly reducing fuel costs.
